At Revelstoke Dental Centre, we believe that everyone should have access to dental care regardless of budget. We have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options for you.
We allow a credit card payment option plan (with a signed agreement form and an established payment history with our office), which allows you to make three or four equal installments by credit card.
One payment is due at the first appointment, another payment is due 30 days later, and the remaining payments are due 60 and 90 days from the initial appointment.
The signed agreement form will authorize our office personnel to apply these payments directly to your credit card on the due dates.

We accept most dental insurance plans and we will work very hard to help you understand your dental benefits and its limits. The portion not covered by your insurance is expected to be paid at the time the service is rendered.
All new patient cleanings/exams will require a non-refundable reservation deposit of $150.00. The deposit will be in the form of cash or credit card. This deposit will be credited toward the fee for the new patient visit when new patient arrives at the reserved time.
If 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given for a reserved new patient visit, the new patient will forfeit their deposit.
